Mallorca Spring Camp – March 2nd-16th 2019

Andy Cook Cycling’s flagship Spring Bike Camp is two weeks of riding, relaxing and relishing the fabulous scenery and amazing roads offered by the island. In 2018, over 90 people of all ages, abilities and experience on a bike joined us for what was our best camp yet. Not all were with us for the whole fortnight, which is part of the beauty of an Andy Cook Cycling Bike Camp – we can arrange for private transfers, and an airport meet and greet, WHENEVER you like during the two weeks of the camp, meaning you can arrive and depart at any time. 3 days, 5 days, 10 days, the whole fortnight… whatever is best for you, we’ll fit around it.

Our professional, highly-experienced camp staff thrive on making YOU the number one priority during the camp. From your welcome at the arrival gate, to a smiling face at the top of a mountain, from assisting at check-in, to ensuring you’ve got a plate of the best food at dinner, we are there to help you get what you want out of the camp. So, whether you’re training for the racing and sportive season, want to enjoy some leisurely cycling in the sunshine with plenty of coffee and cake stops, would like to rack up your mileage early in the year, you’re training for a specific challenge ride, or looking for more experience riding in a group, the Andy Cook Cycling Bike Camp is the one for you.

Mallorca Autumn Camp – October 13th-20th 2018

Every October, we take the organisation and professionalism of our Spring Bike Camp and invite you to join us for a slightly more relaxed week of riding in the sunshine. Same wonderful hotel, same ACC team, same stunning scenery, but with a few more coffee stops, and more time to relax around the bar in the evenings! On this camp, as on our Spring Camp, we are joined by people of all ages and abilities – from those who have just learnt to ride with clip-less pedals, to those who want to keep their training going into the winter months back home. Rather than bore you all with more talk about our camps, why not have a read below all the great comments we have received from participants over the years:

“Thank you Andy Cook Cycling for a fabulous cycling camp in beautiful Mallorca: a superb start to the season. Wonderful guides, scenic routes, excellence climbs & fast descents…lots and lots of interesting and fun people. Outstanding organisation, something for everyone…and your personal touch.”

“Fantastic week riding with my mates in beautiful surroundings, great weather, being pushed to the absolute limit by one of the UK’s time-trialling legends. It doesn’t get any better. Thank you, Andy Cook and the whole team at Andy Cook Cycling. One of the best, and most challenging, weeks of cycling I’ve had, I would recommend it to anyone at any level…challenging in a good way, the training was exceptional as were the people and the enjoyment.”

“I’m back for a week now from Mallorca – it was a wonderful experience for me and I want to say THANK YOU to all for making it so: excellent and caring organisation, friendly and inclusive company throughout, beautiful well-led rides, enjoyable as well as sometimes challenging and stretching cycling! I’m spreading the word amongst my club members.”

A HUGE muchas gracias to all the staff at the fantastic Port Blue Club Pollentia Hotel and Spa for staying open and keeping us fed and watered extremely well in these mad times whilst we’re waiting to get off the island. All the ACC clients have now found flights home, and many have already made it back. We’d be completely stuck without Club Pollentia - many, many thanks. #portblue #clubpollentia #andycookcycling #teamacc #thankyou #mallorcacyclingThe inaugural Dan Opuku Award for Generosity of Spirit on the Andy Cook Cycling Spring Camp was awarded to James Taylor on Saturday night. Dan Opuku was a wonderful friend of Andy Cook Cycling over the years, who sadly passed away a year ago. James Taylor showed generosity, kindness, and all round ‘good egg’ vibes throughout his time on the Spring Camp 2020 and he truly deserves this reward! #generosityofspirit #teamplayer #welldeserved #andycookcyclingWe’re loving ‘lockdown’ on the island! Thanks to Club Pollentia and Port Blue for looking after us so well. Some people have managed to get on flights home, and the rest of us are waiting for the ‘rescue flights’ from our airlines. Sadly no riding allowed but the bar is open and the food is plentiful ☀️ 😎 🍻 🍸 #andycookcycling #teamacc #mallorca #notcycling #properholiday #relaxThe final day of week one was warm and sunny and everyone made it up to Randa Monastery for coffee, cake and panoramic views of the island #andycookcycling #teamacc #mallorcacycling #immuneboosting #sunshinecycling #escape #clubpollentia #high5 #portblue #alecustom #randa #iconicclimbAnother great day out on the bikes yesterday! The group got through 55litres of water thanks to the hot weather and epic climbs. We’re heading up Randa today and then looking forward to welcoming lots of new clients tomorrow for Week 2 of our Spring Camp. #andycookcycling #mallorcacycling #puigmajor #iconicclimbs #coffeeandcake #cyclingcafe #smilesallround #everyonewelcomeAndy Cook Cycling’s sports nutrition partner HIGH5 supports our Spring Camp with loads of great products, and we couldn’t do it without them! HIGH5 have got a Buy One Get One Free offer on energy products at the moment - so why not make the most of this awesome deal and stock up for the coming season? #high5 #sportsnutrition #trainingpartner #fuelyourride #energyfood #energyproducts #andycookcycling 📸 @markwareham13We had a friend join us for coffee and cake at the Cap Formentor lighthouse yesterday (it wasn’t THAT goat though)! Day 4 was so hot and sunny - there were some interesting tan lines last night! The highlight of the day was the excellent quiz, hosted by our quiz masters Bob and Molly. Day 5 has got off to a good start - by the end of today, some riders will have tackled and conquered the epic Puig Major climb 🚵🏽‍♀️ #andycookcycling #mallorcacycling #capformentor #uninvitedguest #sunshinecycling #puigmajor #cyclingclimbs #iconicclimbs #trainingcamp #cyclingholiday #high5 #alecustomukWe took a pre-ride photo as it’s such a lovely day! Day 4 is our ‘rest day’ - but they’ll still be rides heading to the gorgeous beach at Cala Sant Vincenc, the Campanet Caves and the famous Cap Formentor lighthouse. #andycookcycling #mallorcacycling #hotdayonthebike #sunshinecycling #cyclingholiday #trainingcamp #clubpollentia #portblue #capformentor #campanetcaves #calasantvincenç #restdayA long day for some, but a great day for all on Day 3 of our Spring Camp! The sun shone, the climbs were challenging, and the cake (and ice cream) was delicious. The mileage today varied between 59 and 105 miles - well done everyone on an awesome day! #andycookcycling #teamacc #longdayinthesaddle #cakeandcoffee #sunshinecycling #gooddayonthebike #mallorcacycling #soller #valldemossa #iconicclimbs #alecustomuk #high5sports #clubpollentia
