Riders are politely requested to inform Andy Cook Cycling of any medical or other conditions they may have. We also ask that all riders provide us with next of kin/emergency contact information. A separate form must be completed for each person attending the camp, including those who are not riding.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you carry your GHIC card with you at all times. It is also the law in Mallorca to carry ID (e.g. driving license) with you at ALL times.
