Castle Combe Tuesdays – Health and Safety Guidelines

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO JOIN US AT CASTLE COMBE ON TUESDAY NIGHTS

The guidelines are essential for everyone’s safety and enjoyment – both participants and ACC staff. We ask that you use your common sense in order that the sessions can go ahead safely without any concerns for ACC & Circuit staff and also yourselves. Our aim is to make these sessions as easy and practical, for you the riders, and for us as organisers.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

Please respect all other participants & staff.

Toilets: Please us the toilet block behind the Café.

 IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE TOILETS ARE USED RATHER THAN THE CAR PARK OR OUT ON THE CIRCUIT. ANYONE NOT RESPECTING THIS RULE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AND NOT RETURN.

Once parked and ready to ride proceed to the check in and payment area (see below instructions)

Anyone NOT registered can to go to the separate registration help desk.

All children under 14 to be accompanied by an adult at ALL TIMES

Dogs are NOT allowed at the circuit

ON THE TRACK

Tuesday night rules apply as indicated on the entrance gate.  Please read!

No chain gang groups of more than 10 – this is for the safety of all circuit users

No Headphones – You need to be able to hear other riders

Communicate with fellow riders – Call out “on the left” or “coming past” as you approach a rider or slower group to overtake. It’s NOT a race it’s supposed to be a fun activity.

Look over your shoulder to check behind you before pulling out to overtake the rider/group in front

Hold your line through the chicanes

NO SPITTING OR CLEARING OF YOUR NOSE AT ANYTIME

There will be ACC marshals roaming to keep an eye on activity – please respect the rules, don’t spoil it for other users.

FIRST AID

First aid kit is available at the check in area
