The guidelines are essential for everyone’s safety and enjoyment – both participants and ACC staff. We ask that you use your common sense in order that the sessions can go ahead safely without any concerns for ACC & Circuit staff and also yourselves. Our aim is to make these sessions as easy and practical, for you the riders, and for us as organisers.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Price rice per night is £5 for adults £1 for 18 and under
For ease of payment please bring the correct money. We will ask you to put your money into a bucket at the entry point. Payment by card is NOT currently available.
Please respect all other participants & staff.
Please use your common sense and follow the latest government social distancing guidelines
We recommend that you bring your own hand sanitiser as this will NOT be provided.
When you use the on-site toilets, please be sensible with regard to queuing and maintaining a social distance. Wash your hands before and afterwards. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE TOILETS ARE USED RATHER THAN THE CAR PARK OR OUT ON THE CIRCUIT. ANYONE NOT RESPECTING THIS RULE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AND NOT RETURN.
Once parked: proceed to payment area (see below instructions)
Once you have finished riding – please do not try to hang around too long. We still need to be careful with social distancing to prevent the spread of the virus.
The sessions are for CYCLING ONLY. The Circuit Management have requested NO running at all around the circuit perimeter
Dogs are NOT allowed at the circuit
ARRIVAL & ENTRY PROCESSPark as directed by event signage
Once parked follow signs for registration and be ready to start riding.
Please be patient and follow current social distancing guidelines while in the queue
If possible, please print your QR code. Sometimes due to light shining on a phone screen it is not always easy to scan without staff touching the phone.
Put print-out or phone on table, step back and allow staff to scan. Pay using correct money by placing cash into bucket.
Anyone NOT registered will need to go to a separate registration desk.

Family groups may ride together – children under 14 to be accompanied at ALL TIMES
No chain gang groups of more than 10 – this is for the safety of all circuit users
NO SPITTING OR CLEARING OF YOUR NOSE AT ANYTIME
There will be ACC marshals roaming to keep an eye on activity – please respect the rules, don’t spoil it for other users.
FIRST AID
First aid kits will be available – if possible, the injured party will be encouraged to administer first aid themselves.
DO NOT COME TO THE TRACK IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE COVID-19
To protect others, please DO NOT come to the Circuit if you think you have symptoms of COVID-19:
A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
