**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO JOIN US AT CASTLE COMBE ON TUESDAY NIGHTS:** Thank you!
We have produced the following guidelines based on British Cycling and DCMS advice. It is very important that you read them before you arrive and follow them closely when you are taking part in the sessions.
The guidelines are essential for everyone’s safety and enjoyment – both participants and ACC staff. We ask that you use your common sense in order that the sessions can go ahead safely without any concerns for ACC & Circuit staff and also yourselves. Our aim is to make these sessions as easy and practical, for you the riders, and for us as organisers.
Price rice per night is £5 for adults £1 for 18 and under
For ease of payment please bring the correct money. We will ask you to put your money into a bucket at the entry point. Payment by card is NOT currently available.
Please respect all other participants & staff.
Please use your common sense and follow the latest government social distancing guidelines
We recommend that you bring your own hand sanitiser as this will NOT be provided.
If you use the on-site toilets please maintain a ‘one in and one out’ process, wash your hands before and afterwards. Toilets will be cleaned every 40 minutes as instructed in government guidance. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE TOILETS ARE USED RATHER THAN THE CAR PARK OR OUT ON THE CIRCUIT. ANYONE NOT RESPECTING THIS RULE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AND NOT RETURN.
Once parked: proceed to payment area (see below instructions)
• Once you have finished riding – return directly to your car. We ask that you leave for home straight away. This is not an opportunity for a social function – it is purely an opportunity to ride your bike. Later in the season once the guidelines are further relaxed we hope to arrange for the coffee van to provide refreshments – this will be operated in accordance with social distancing guidelines.
The sessions are for CYCLING ONLY. The Circuit Management have requested NO running at all around the circuit perimeter
In accordance with latest government guidelines NO SPECTATORS until guidelines are relaxed.
Dogs are NOT allowed at the circuit
