Castle Combe Tuesdays – COVID-19 Health and Safety Guidelines

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO JOIN US AT CASTLE COMBE ON TUESDAY NIGHTS:** Thank you! 🚲

We are looking forward to welcoming you back to Tuesday Night Cycling Sessions at Castle Combe Circuit next Tuesday 7th July.
We ask that you read the following set of guidelines carefully before you arrive at the circuit and follow them closely when you are taking part in the sessions. Our aim is to make these sessions as safe, practical and enjoyable (in that order!) for everyone and your help with this is much appreciated.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
🚲For ease of payment please bring the correct money (£3 adult/£1 under 18). We will ask you to put your money into a bucket at the entry point. Payment by card is NOT currently available.
🚲Please respect all other participants & staff.
🚲Please use your common sense and follow the latest government social distancing guidelines
🚲We recommend that you bring your own hand sanitiser as this will NOT be provided.
🚲If you use the on-site toilets please maintain a ‘one in and one out’ process, wash your hands before and afterwards. Toilets will be cleaned every 40 minutes as instructed in government guidance
🚲Once parked: proceed to payment area (see below instructions)
🚲Once you’ve finished riding: return directly to your car. We ask that you leave for home straight away – do not hang around in the car park. This is an opportunity to ride your bike, not gather socially.
🚲There will be a coffee van providing refreshments – this will be operated in accordance with social distancing guidelines
🚲The sessions are for CYCLING ONLY. The Circuit Management have requested NO running at all around the circuit perimeter
🚲Dogs are NOT allowed at the circuit

ARRIVAL & ENTRY PROCESS
🚲Park as directed by event signage
🚲Once parked follow signs for registration and be ready to start riding.
🚲Please bring correct money to avoid registration staff having to frequently handle cash.
🚲Please be patient and follow current social distancing guidelines while in the queue
🚲If possible, please print your QR code. Sometimes due to light shining on a phone screen it is not always easy to scan without staff touching the phone.
🚲Put print-out or phone on table, step back and allow staff to scan. Pay using correct money by placing cash into bucket.
🚲Anyone NOT registered will need to go to a separate registration desk.
🚲Enter track as directed – Please note this will be slightly different to normal
🚲Exit track as directed – Please note this will be slightly different to normal

FIRST AID

DO NOT COME TO THE TRACK IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE COVID-19
To protect others, please DO NOT come to the Circuit if you think you have symptoms of COVID-19:
A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
